My name is Lee-Anne, a Mum to 2 boys, based in beautiful Pokeno. I am a self taught Baker and Cook and I love creating in the kitchen and trying new flavours. Tried something new this weekend with our very first order of gluten-free build-your-own burger boxes — and they were a hit!

Each box was packed with:
✅ Juicy beef, chicken, and mushroom patties
✅ Soft gluten-free buns
✅ Fresh rocket, tomato, onion & pickles
✅ Cheese slices, creamy slaw, house-made aioli & relish

Perfect for a crowd and so fun to build at the table!
So grateful for the order and the opportunity to bring this idea to life. Definitely something we’ll be offering again!
