We baked through the night and Christchurch still cleaned us out! Even Spiderman from Crowntastic Events stopped by for a brezel 🕷️🥨 (10/10 would recommend, apparently). Belle and Snow White were working the crowd too — such a magical day.
Massive thanks to the organisers from The Garden City Mākete for such a well run event, and to everyone who came out and grabbed a pretzel from us. You made our day! ❤️

🥨 SOLD OUT! What a day! 🎄
Thank you Christchurch for showing up in the biggest way at the The Garden City Mākete Midwinter Christmas Mākete! We baked through the night and still couldn't keep up with the demand — every last brezel gone by the end of the day 🙌
Even Spiderman from Crowntastic Events couldn't resist stopping by for a brezel 🕷️🥨 (he approved, obviously). Belle and Snow White were working the crowd too — such a magical atmosphere all round.
Huge thanks to the organisers — the whole event was so well run, every stall, every detail. And to everyone who came, smiled, and grabbed a warm pretzel from us — you made our day. See you at the next one! ❤️

🎄 Tomorrow's the day! 🥨

The tree is up, our stall is set, and the brezels are in the fridge fermenting overnight — low and slow is how we like them. Alarm's set for 2am so we can bake everything fresh and warm before doors open.
We are SO stoked to be part of the The Garden City Mākete Midwinter Christmas tomorrow, Sat 1 Aug, 10am–6pm at Wolfbrook Arena! Free entry, plenty of onsite parking — no excuses 😄

Unfortunately we won’t be at the Amberley Farmers Market tomorrow and next weekend.

If you want to grab a fresh Brezel we will be at The Garden City Mākete Midwinter Christmas which is held in the Wolfbrook Arena next weekend 1st of August from 10am-6pm. Hope to catch you there!
