Amazing class .flour.welly on Saturday making edible candles. The last two are the amazing chef teacher's, I panicked at the dipping stage. Love the effect of the technique and will definitely be trying these again for special occasions.
Passionfruit chiffon cake, passionfruit creamaux, basil panacotta, bergamot gel all dipped in white chocolate. Tastes amazing!
