VENUE SUGGESTIONS
You probably know I used to run cake classes from my shop and home in Petone and moved to Eastbourne in December. I think I'm ready to get into it again, so looking at local venue suggestions for weekend cupcake and cake classes. I have held cupcake and cocktail sessions at bars, kids birthday parties, adult public and private classes, corporate events and more. For cupcake classes we just need table and chairs, which I can do at my place (horrendous access amazing view), but for cake classes we really need bench height tables/benches, a sink and a fridge. All suggestions and expressions of interest welcome!

Amazing class .flour.welly on Saturday making edible candles. The last two are the amazing chef teacher's, I panicked at the dipping stage. Love the effect of the technique and will definitely be trying these again for special occasions.
Passionfruit chiffon cake, passionfruit creamaux, basil panacotta, bergamot gel all dipped in white chocolate. Tastes amazing!

Shout out to everyone in the public service who chooses to call this beautiful city home. It's been a tough week for many of us. Do something you love this weekend. xx

A gorgeous evening after a crazy week. Slightly concerned about living on a cliff now. How was your week? Did you have any damage?
