678+ sourdough items baked, shared, or sold in August!
✅️ Goals this month were figuring out how to produce what I need to without burnout. Running and owning a microbakery is h.a.r.d. work! But when balanced right, oh so rewarding & fun!
💡Things I learnt:
- Starting dough day super early is a game changer, I'm done close to lunch time and have the afternoon to relax with my girlies 💕
- Making enough product to cover the bills instead of pushing myself to meet demand every week is OK when I'm tired.
- I LOVE teaching sourdough workshops, it's a joy to pass on the art & craft of real sourdough ✨️
- Do the dishes right away even if I don't want to 😅

Thank you for a great month! Happy to be in SPRING now and it's my birthday month! Going to be a goodie ✨️
