Happy Monday! Our new Spring Menu is officially live! Our prices have shifted a bit due to supply and demand, but we're hoping to still keep things as affordable as possible moving forwards!

We will be closing orders for deliveries tonight as we have to travel over the hill this week, but we will be open at the market on Sunday and we will accept any new orders for this week until tonight (Monday 5 October) at midnight.

Orders for Christchurch for Friday delivery must be in by tomorrow (Tuesday 6 October) mid-day, so get in while you still can!

We'll also be rolling out two new promotions next Monday, so keep your eyes peeled for those!

We will still be offering our emergency service, healthcare and teacher discounts, so please do not forget to mention these if you are placing an order and work in one of these roles!

I'm very excited to announce that we are now officially offering catering for events!

For a look at our catering options for your next event, flick us a message. We offer free delivery to workplaces, or a flat rate of $15 for delivery of catering to anywhere defined in our service range!

Please note, catering jobs require a minimum of a week's notice in advance and require a 50% deposit to lock in your order, with payment's due in full 3 days before your desired delivery date.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless Lilac Hearthside declines your order, in which case you will receive a full refund.

We are coming to Christchurch next Friday the 9th of October!

If you would like to get a pre-order in, we will be able to fulfill orders for Cookies, Fruit Loaves and Peppermint Slice only, mostly due to time constraints.

To make an order, flick us a message and we'll sort you out!

No extra charge for delivery to Christchurch this time around!

As we move to a more consistent and improved product line, our prices are changing a little to reflect it.

From October 4th, we'll be rolling out our new menu, including our spring seasonal menu, with our revised pricing list as our slices get thicker and our cookies are more refined.

Don't worry, we'll still continue to offer our current discounts, these may change a little to reflect the rest of our new prices, but we still take care of our frontline workers, our other stallholders and our teachers.

I'm hoping that we should have our new product pictures ready to go starting Monday the 5th of October, but we'll see how we go.

Please remember, we are not going to be at the Sunday Market this week as the venue is being used for bookarama instead, but we will be back Sunday the 4th with our usual cookies, as well as with our fruit loaves, as they did very well at our Night Market.

On another note mentioning the night market- we mentioned that we would be supporting PUSSN BOOTS KITTY Rescue while at the night market. We weren't able to get our cat cookies made up in time due to something popping up in our schedule, so we decided to change it up and donate what we were able to make from our Red Velvet cookies (as we also couldn't get our other cookies ready in time! Oops!) as we managed to sell the entire lot, plus what we were able to make from our Gluten-Free cookies. which came to a total of $30 donated this time around.

We'll be selling our Gluten-Free Shortbread Cat Cookies to fundraise for the rescue for the next while, so if you would like to support a great cause, make sure to pick one up on your next market trip. 100% of the profits we make from our cat cookies is donated directly to the rescue each month after our night market visits.

Once again, thank you all for your ongoing support and allowing us to work on a brand that we're proud to be building ourselves from the ground up!

We will be bringing along 🍪 cookies, 🍎🍋fruit loaves (full sized ones!), 🍰 cheesecake (including GF SF!) and more, so make sure to come along to support not just us, but all of your local West Coast vendors like Gifts by Trish - West Coast!

We're also going to be raising funds for a wonderful cat rescue- PUSSN BOOTS KITTY Rescue. We'll have more information about this tomorrow once we've got everything locked in!

If it goes well, we'll be attending regularly and we'll open up pre-orders for the next Night Market!

Hello wonderful people,

I have recently come into ownership of some wonderful cake decorating books and I am looking to use them to better my personal decorating skills.

So, I am going to be periodically posting flashes -similar to what tattooists do- with a few designs at a time that I will offer at a special rate.

Please keep in mind before ordering, that I am NOT an experienced cake decorator, which is reflected in the price I offer for these cakes.

These cakes are a great opportunity for you to get something special, and for me to hone my skills.

If you would like to order one of these designs, I am offering a discount rate of $35 for the single tiered round cakes pictured in this post, or $50 for the double tiered square cake pictured in this post.

You may choose the flavour for the cake from: Vanilla, Lemon or Chocolate, and the icing flavour from: Vanilla, Raspberry, Peppermint, Chocolate or Lemon.
Alternate flavours may be considered upon request, but I cannot promise availability for any that are not listed above.

Please note, some designs require the use of fondant icing and may not be available with alternate icing flavours.

Colours are all customisable, and I can add simple messages such as Congratulations, Happy Birthday, or names and numbers.

These cakes are subject to availability and require a weeks notice minimum for ordering.

Hey guys! Unfortunately due to a last minute turn of sickness, we won't be at the market today.

We'd much rather ensure that when we provide food for everyone, that is safe and cannot make our lovely customers sick 💕

There is no Sunday Market next week, but we should hopefully be posted up at the Night Market from 4:30 on Tuesday at the Blaketown band hall!
