Almond cake 🥜🍰

A delicious almond cake layered with coffee buttercream and dark chocolate ganache, finished with a little more ganache piping and topped with sweet-smelling spring freesias. 🌸

This cake looked and smelt so good while I was making it that I think I’m going to have to make one for my own birthday! ☕️🍫💐

Such an elite combination of flavours. Its by far the best selling when it’s in the form of a blondie as well. Yum!

I was so happy to see cherry blossoms on my cake, I had to use them on this cake!

It’s Coeliac Awareness Week!

I know what it’s like to miss out on birthday cake, scan every menu to find the two gf options, or wonder whether something is truly gluten-free.

That’s why I take so much care with my baking, using separate gluten-free ingredients and equipment so fellow coeliacs can enjoy a treat box without having to worry.

So to celebrate, this week’s treat box is going to include:
