Winter Mornings, Slowed Down 🍯🥥
Creamy porridge, cinnamon-glazed banana, a spoonful of yoghurt, a shower of coconut, and a generous drizzle of raw J. Friend & Co. honey — this is how we’re starting cold Canterbury mornings.
The banana gets caramelised in butter, cinnamon and a spoonful of raw honey until it’s soft and golden, then it goes straight on top of warm oats with coconut and a final drizzle of raw honey. Simple, warming, and genuinely satisfying.
