Thank you for sticking by us.

Taking time away from social media has helped me focus on what truly matters: my family, my team, and you. I am deeply sorry for letting you down. The recent newspaper spotlight has taken an incredible toll on my wife, my son, and my loved ones, and seeing the impact on them has been heartbreaking.
I take full responsibility for the shortcomings that have led us to this point. We are working tirelessly behind the scenes to make things right, including:Building Repairs: Partnering with our landlord to fix our premises.
Pest Control: Eliminating pests with professional teams.
Staff Retraining: Ensuring our team is fully trained in strict hygiene protocols.
Council Compliance: Working closely with the Auckland Council to meet every requirement.
To my family—thank you for being my strength through this painful chapter.
To our loyal supporters—thank you for your grace and patience. We are fighting hard to rebuild your trust and regain our A grade.
