🥶 Mid-Winter in the Mighty Waikato means hearty roasts and slow-cooked dinners are on the menu, and we’re all for it! But with every delicious dish comes the not-so-tasty trio: 𝗢𝗶𝗹𝘀, 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝘀 & 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 are a major cause of kitchen plumbing issues. ⚠️

These sticky substances cling to the inside of your pipes, building up over time until they cause slow draining or a full-on blockage. 🤢

Our top tip: Let leftover cooking oils and fats cool, then pop them into an old bread bag (double-bagged to avoid leaks) and toss them in the bin, not down the sink!
