Coconut flour flatbread stack filled with 2 eggs, lamb ribs, mushrooms and mozzarella 😍😍😍😍😜😜😜

Prawn skewers with Zucchini cooked in garlic and butter 😉😉

This meal was just under 14g net carb

Keto / Gluten free Dumplings and Fried Tofu ❤❤❤❤

Pork and Prawn with Chieves Potstickers (dumplings). Wrappers are made from turnips. 😍😍😍

Also fried Tofu served with soy sauce and sesame oil.

This whole plate is just under 20g net carb.
