The Gluten Free Baker Creating gluten free treats that don’t taste like it!� I’m a passionate gluten intolerant baker.

I was sick of paying through the roof for flavourless and crumberly cakes and other baked goods, so I decided to create my own flour mix. This mix is a special combination of different flours and produces the moist texture and delicate crumb you want, and none of the gluten you don’t. I’m now selling these delicious products as well as my flour mix. I have a menu, from which you can pick from, or
