Cake, whipped cream and fruit. Sounds basic but it's just soo good! Pick your flavour - mango coconut or strawberry vanilla.

4 inch cakes are just so darn cute!! I mean just look at them 😍

Recently I've been testing frosting recipes to see which ones I prefer. I coloured them so I could tell the difference between batches. That's the only time I'll use food colouring. I really prefer the natural colour of foods to shine on their own.

Chocolate cake filled with strawberry compote, frosted with cream cheese frosting. I made it pretty with some freeze dried strawberries, dark chocolate shavings, a few homegrown violas and mint leaves. It was so good!
Could there be a better combination than chocolate and berries?!
