The Ansum Pasty Co - is a small business hand making pasties in Auckland.

Their pasties are handmade with golden pastry and packed with hearty fillings, a proper meal in your hand. From the classic Cornish pasty to bold new flavours, each one is crafted to satisfy.

In store we have a few different flavours you can try:

🔥TRADTIONAL
Each pasty is packed with a rich, hearty filling of tender Skirt Steak, fluffy Agria potato, swede, and onion, all seasoned to perfection. This delicious mix is encased in their signature shortcrust pastry.

🐖PORK BELLY
Succulent NZ Pork Belly and Sweet Apple are perfectly balanced with the tangy crunch of Mustard Seeds and the rich, buttery flavour of Parsnip, all layered with potato, swede, and onion. It's a classic flavour combination that's both comforting and elevated.

🧀CHEESE & ONION
This isn't just a snack - it's pure comfort in a golden, buttery shortcrust pastry. They start with Agria potatoes, which are crushed and mixed with a rich, tangy mix of Aged Cheddar and vibrant Red Leicester cheese, and sweet, chopped onion.

🍗 CHICKEN & STUFFING
This pasty is like a comforting roast chicken dinner, all wrapped up in their delicious pastry. Each one is packed with a hearty filling of tender Free-Range Chicken Breast combined with classic sage and onion stuffing, made with Crushed Agria potato and swede. This savoury blend is lovingly crimped inside their signature golden shortcrust pastry.
