Orders require a 50% deposit to confirm and lock-in the date and If an order is made for less than 2 weeks time, full payment is required. If Plates of Flavors has to cancel your order, for whatever reason, the full deposit/payment will be refunded. If the customer cancels the order within 7 days of
collection date, for whatever reason, full payment less
25% or half of th

e deposit will be refunded. This takes
into consideration pre-purchased ingredients and
materials, time lost for planning, other bookings that were declined for your order. All efforts are made to avoid cross contamination of
allergen ingredients, however we cannot 100% guarantee this. Once the order is in your hands, it is up to you to follow the transportation and storage instructions given to ensure a pleasant eating experience.
