My typical sunday.....baking and developing recipes ...I would say a true baker would never settle for less and would always create something new....never afraid to get out from their comfort zone ....and experiment !....my coconut nougat is close to being perfect !....very close , just a little adjustment and it would be added to my dessert table...
...I am so ready to gobble this lovely little sweets, partnered with my perfect ube cake...aren't they gorgeous together !...To those weren't familiar what an ube is ....I can give a little introduction about this tuberous vegetable that are grown in the Philippines and countries with similar climate ... its Filipinos favorite flavour to cakes ,icecream ,and all sorts of delicacies... and Ube has become a hit in the big world (google it and you'll know what i mean 😊.).. Its has distinctive hue and delicate taste like a combined vanilla and blueberrie....or like hazel nut and vanilla...well,the bottom line is it taste super good....my fav !...It gives a lovely purple color to any desserts or cakes ....perhaps you'll become an avid fan once you try it !...
