💡 baking tip of the week:
👩‍🍳most recipes for cinnamon rolls / cinnamon buns suggest melting the butter and brushing it on the dough, followed by sprinkling brown sugar and cinnamon on top 😖
- I suggest mixing these ingridients together, forming a sugary buttery paste that can then be spread smoothly and evenly all over the dough
- the process is ever so satisfying 😌
- it also helps the dough from becoming too soft, messy snd hard to roll
- ⛔️ do not use melted butter, only softened at room temperature (melted butter = messy disaster)

hi I’m niki, 29, expat from all over, who woke up one day and despite not knowing how to bake at all- decided to start a home bakery. So after living in 7 countries and countless cities I somehow ended up in the Netherlands in a cute tiny city of Nieuwegein.

Prior to moving here I successfully burned even pre-made cookie dough, so I set on a mission to master the making of cinnamon buns.
