Puff puff recipe

✔️✔️ingredients
1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
2. 1/2 cup sugar
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
5. 1 cup lukewarm water
6. Vegetable oil for frying

✔️✔️Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Add yeast to lukewarm water, stir, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
3. Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Cover dough and let it rise for 30_45 minutes or until doubled.
5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
6. Using a spoon or your hand drop small balls of dough into hot oil.
7. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
8. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!

*Tips
1. Ensure yeast is activated properly.
2. Don't overmix dough.
3. Fry at the right temperature (medium-high heat).
4. Don't overcrowd the oil.
