You Didn’t Do Me Well" A Customer’s Unexpected Complaint That Made Me Panick

This morning, just a few minutes past seven, my phone rang. It was a first time customer, the one I had sent an order to yesterday via a dispatch rider.

As soon as I picked up, we exchanged pleasantries, but then he hit me with, "You didn’t do me well."

My heart skipped a beat. My mind raced, Did he dislike it? Was there a problem with the delivery? I quickly apologized, saying, "Oh no, I’m so sorry about that"

But then, "You're not a good person," he added.

I was still apologizing when he finally revealed what he meant,

So you knew that this peanut and chin-chin were this delicious, and you didn’t tell me to buy more? The one I got yesterday is already finished. In fact, I refused to share because it wouldn’t be enough for me. Please send me another batch, I need more

Instant relief washed over me😂😂, followed by pure excitement. We quickly agreed on his next order, and he promised to call back to confirm pickup.

Moral of the story? If you haven’t tasted my peanut and chin-chin yet, you’re definitely missing out.

Juggling Work and Business: The Hustle is Real😩😩

Last week, we sent out 100 DOZENS of our mini packed peanuts💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼.
Sounds exciting, right? But let me tell you, it wasn’t easy at all.

The morning started at the park, getting waybills sorted. A few minutes later, I was at the office, handling work duties. Then back home, preparing and packaging customers’ orders late into the night. The back and forth, the stress, the long hours, it was a lot.

But you see, growth in business isn’t just about selling. It’s about consistency, commitment, and the mindset to keep pushing even when it’s hard. Some days are exhausting, but when I see my customers satisfied🤭, it reminds me why I started in the first place.
