What makes you proud the most when you see the work of your students? For me one of the things that makes me proud is seeing them do exactly what I have taught them, I mean even in my absence they can do exactly what they are being taught and at the end the get it done in the right way, seeing that alone makes me so proud and happy 😃 for real am such a proud tutor already cause my girls (students) are making me happy. Good morning from precious cakes & more academe , where you learn from having zero knowledge about baking to becoming a professional baker. Over here we don’t just teach you only how to bake, but with our all hands on practical class, you get to learn both how to bake and also how to work on your own without the help of anyone, so even when you graduate and leave our academy you can still work without anybody’s help. My student just did her first fondant cake practical and she did a chef dress, it came out so beautiful . As a baker If you have students you teach , I mean you’re a tutor or a boss, then you should know one thing…. Which is be intentional about them, teach them everything they need to know, guide them, correct them and help them build confidence with their skill so when they leave your academy they will be proud of their achievements and they skill they learnt from you, some students don’t know how to handle cake job’s even after they graduate and that’s because some tutors or bosses don’t care about them while teaching them, put your eyes on their work, answer their questions, correct them till they get it done in the right way that they should.
