Delivering this 200 plates of chops on 4th January was the scariest task I had to do, coupled with the fact that I had 50 plate to be delivered on the 3rd of January ahhh🙈

My sleepless nights, the time frame, the unforeseen circumstances with my samosa sauce that went bad 😞😞 which I noticed around 12am ahhh😥😢😰, I had to make another one thank God I had enough meat. Omo, I'm so so happy I delivered without disappointments and on time.

How can I thank my husband enough for all the encouragements, storytelling to keep the work going, understanding the work load I had and minimizing the time spent in the village or is it my brother who had sleepless nights with me and assisting in every way. I'm truly blessed to have you both🙏 and I appreciate your efforts.

To my customers who believed that I can pull through and trusted me with your money, I appreciate you alot🙏. May your pockets never run dry. Amen
