Still not over this beautiful moment at NC26.

I had the honor of creating this stunning wedding cake for my amazing couple while showcasing my craft beautifully, and it was such an amazing experience.

Every detail came out so elegant and beautiful.

My outfit was beautifully made by Royalty Fashion Hub, and my hair by Benny Hairline. Absolutely loved the entire look.

Grateful for growth, opportunities, and doing what I love through Alheri Cakes & Events.

Today was nothing short of amazing.

Over 250 plates of puff puff delivered successfully for GLCT 2026 Truelight Glory House.

The compliments that came in today honestly meant so much to me.

The puff puff itself was already speaking loudly, then the toppings took it even further.

VANILLA CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

500g flour
500g butter or margarine
400g sugar
10 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla flavor
1 tbsp baking powder

METHOD

✅Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
✅Add eggs one at a time while mixing.
✅Add vanilla flavor.
✅In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder
✅Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the mixture.
✅Grease your pans and pour in the batter.
✅Bake in a preheated oven at about 170-180°C until golden and fully baked.
