A while ago, I met someone and gave her a sample of my cake.

Not because she asked.

I simply wanted her to know what BlessMii Cakes tastes like.

She got home, tasted it, and loved it.

Little did I know she would tell her sister about me.

A few days later, her sister reached out and said,

“I heard your cake tastes really good.”

She wanted a feminine unicorn cake for a birthday celebration and trusted me with the job.

This is the result. 🥹🎂

One thing about cake decorating… it always looks easier on camera than it is in real life. 😂

This ₦25K cake took patience, steady hands, and a few moments of, “Let me fix this small part.” 😅

Every swirl, every smooth edge, and every little detail came together beautifully in the end, and that’s the part I love the most. ❤️

Having a baker as your mum sounds like a dream… until you realize you still have to beg for cake. 😂🎂

The moment my daughter smells cake in the oven, she’ll appear from nowhere.

“Mummy… cake.”

If I say, “Wait, let me finish decorating,”

She’ll look at me like I’m the most wicked person on earth. 😂😭

Meanwhile, she doesn’t even want the fancy decorated cake.

Just give her one small offcut, and all is forgiven. 🤣❤️

Sometimes I wonder if she knows the difference between a customer and the baker’s child.

Because in her mind…

Every cake is automatically our cake. 😂😂

I didn’t know this little dance would become one of my favourite memories. 🥹❤️

At the time, I was pregnant, chasing a toddler, and trying to enjoy every little moment before life got even busier.

We laughed.

We danced.

We had no idea how much our lives were about to change.

Now, whenever I watch this video, I smile because my baby was dancing with us too… just from inside my tummy. 🤍🥹

Motherhood has given me countless tiring days, but it has also given me memories I’ll never trade for anything.

Sometimes, the smallest moments become the biggest treasures. ❤️✨

I honestly thought I was going to finish this cake in one stretch.

But motherhood had other plans.

Every few minutes, I’d put down my scraper…

Attend to my daughter…

Come back…

Continue decorating…

Then hear, “Mummy!” again. 😂😭

Sometimes, behind every beautiful cake is a baker juggling buttercream and motherhood at the same time.

The good news?

Despite all the interruptions, this cake came out so clean that I couldn’t stop smiling. 🥹✨
