Ingredients and measurements for sweet and fluffy puff-puff

4 cups all purpose flour (500 grams)
1/4 cup of sugar (please add more to your taste)
Pinch of salt
4 teaspoons instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 and 1/4 cups of water
1 small onion
Pepper 🌶
About 6 cups vegetable oil for frying

Keep batter in a warm dark area for about one hour to rise before frying. Wear gloves if you can’t tolerate the pepper.
