How to bake plain cake ( mainly for birthday cakes)
250g flour
250g margarine
250g sugar
250g eggs
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp nutmeg
1/2tsp vanilla flavor

Procedure
Put everything together in a mixing bowls and Spain for 7 minutes with a mixer. Pour into a glazed pans that's 2 six inch pans and bake in a preheated oven for about 45mins till cakes pulls away from sides of pans and skew inserted in the middle comes out clean. Hope this helps a lot
