Dear Bakers, whenever a customer orders a bento cake, PLEASE explain the size before taking the order. Show them pictures, give them the dimensions, and make sure they understand what they are paying for...

I recently saw someone who ordered an ₦8,000 bento cake. When the cake was delivered and they saw the size, the complaint started:... Is this the cake??.. This thing is too small for 8k 😂

And honestly, I understood the shock because many customers think that once they hear “₦8,000 cake” they are getting a big, regular-sized celebration cake.
But NO... 😁😁🤣

His anger was how is he going to give out this small cake as a gift to a special one😁😁

So, before you order a bento cake, please ask....
What is the actual size?
A little explanation before payment can save you from plenty of complaints after delivery. ❤️
