When I first started making Milky Chin-Chin in large quantities back in 2023, I was simply using one of my best recipes at the time.

Last week, a sister I knew back from our university days reached out, her little boy was turning one 🎉

She wanted a birthday cake and some small chops for the kids. We went through a few pictures together, she made her choice, and everything was set for Monday.

But by Friday afternoon, she called again, plans had changed! The party was moved to Sunday evening 😅

It was short notice, but we don’t disappoint at Veejay’s Confectionery. We got to work immediately and delivered 50 plates of small chops and a beautiful two-tier birthday cake right on time.

It was such a rush that I barely had time to take a clear picture of the cake but seeing her joy made it all worth it. 💛

Last week, my neighbor reached out to me to discuss the price for her daughter’s birthday cake. We agreed on everything, but afterward, I didn’t hear from her again, so I assumed they had changed their mind.

Then, on Saturday evening, she called me and said the birthday would be on Sunday and asked if I could kindly help her with the cake.

Immediately, I jumped into action, and by Sunday afternoon, I delivered this beauty right in time for the celebration 🎂✨.

CARRY YOUR BUSINESS ON YOUR HEAD.

This morning 🌞, I went out to get a phone cord for my phone around my neighborhood.

So on my way coming back, I decided to stop by one of my customer's shop who use to buy yoghurt from for his own personal consumption.

We got talking, and I was telling him that I made yoghurt and Banana Bread during the weekend and I had one extra midi loaf for sell.

He asked me if I had a picture of Bread on my phone, so that he could see the size.

I showed him and since he has tasted my Banana Bread before, he decided to buy the Banana Bread and two pieces of 35cl Yoghurt.

If I hadn't gotten to his shop to check up on him this morning, #5,000 would have passed me by like this.

Today, pick up your phone and chat/call those customers of yours.

Just tell them you are checking up on them. you never can tell, they might place new orders.

Last week, I registered for an online pastries class.

Aside the pastries to be taught, the teacher decided to add a bonus to the class and that was how to make yoghurt.

So yesterday, I decided to practice how to make the youghurt after going through the videos.

The final result was wow.

I present to you our yummy and creamy youghurt.

The youghurt is of three different favours; Banana, strawberry and plain.
All sweetened.
