It's throw back Thursday guys 😜😊😊

2021 I didn't care much about sharp here but I still make sure I have a clean finishing✌️
This was where my knowledge on wedding cake could took me then, it was still beautiful in my sight because if compare with some known bosses around my area then I can beat my chest that I did a great job 🤣🤣🤣
But I didn't let that deceive me or stop me from learning further ✌️💯

I posted a sprinkle recipe some months back
And I said i formulate the recipe using glucose because I couldn't find corn syrup in my vacinity and someone commented that "corn syrup and glucose are same thing" I ignored the comment because I wasn't having a strong evidence to prove her wrong, so I found this 👇 days back and decided to share I hope someone learn something new from it

Glucose vs Corn Syrup.

Glucose syrup and corn syrup are two types of sweeteners that are often used interchangeably in cooking and baking. However, there are some differences between the two:

Source: Glucose syrup is made from the hydrolysis of starch, while corn syrup is made from corn starch. Corn syrup is a type of glucose syrup that is specifically made from corn starch.

Sweetness: Glucose syrup is not as sweet as corn syrup. Corn syrup has a higher fructose content, which makes it sweeter than glucose syrup.

Consistency: Glucose syrup is thicker and stickier than corn syrup. Corn syrup has a thinner consistency and is less sticky.

Flavor: Glucose syrup is flavorless, while corn syrup has a mild, sweet flavor.

It was on the 13th of March many years ago on this same Monday (yaumul ithnain) Allah blessed my parents with a priceless gift (the gift of me ) Alhamdulillah
and in his infinite mercy and divine protection he keep watch over me, protect me, blessed me with the things I least expected and still give me the previllage to with this day and stage of my life, I have nothing but to say am greatfull ya Allah 🙏
You have blessed me beyond my imagination
You gave me good health, you bless me with the best family, you placed me where men and woman respect me and admire my strength (of which I don't even know what I have done to deserve it ) am more than greatfull for that 🙏
I lack the right words to praise you with at this moment in my life shukran ya illahi 🙏
