Burger Bread Recipe

🧾 Ingredients
• 500g all-purpose flour
• 100g sugar
• 1 tbsp instant yeast
• 160g water
• 90g eggs
• 50g butter
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla flavor
• Extra egg for washing

👩‍🍳 Instructions

In a bowl,
• Add eggs, 1/2 of the butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, flour, water and yeast and mix for about 8–10 minutes till soft and stretchy

. Add the second 1/2 of the butter and knead for another 10mins.

👉 The dough should be soft,
. Cover and let it rest for 30mins
• Cut into circles in ball like shape (each ball should be about 70g for big size and 40g for small size)
. Roll into smooth rounds
• Place on tray (leave space between them)
. After cutting and shaping, Leave to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size
. Mix 1 egg for your egg wash
• Lightly brush on top
• Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds or chia seeds
. Bake at 180°C for 20- 30 minutes or until golden brown

Your kids will sure thank you.
