Today, I want to celebrate one of my students at Lagos State University (LASU) — a 300-level Insurance student (during my ENT 302 class). She has participated in trade fairs, sold at seminars, and is actively building her customer base.

She is making money while learning.

This is exactly why I believe that learning a practical skill should not only be about getting a certificate. It should give you something you can use to create value, generate income and build your future.

As her facilitator, I am genuinely proud to be part of her journey. Watching her transition from a learner to a young entrepreneur who is confidently putting her skill to work is incredibly rewarding.

Her story is a reminder to every student:
