YOU ARE ENOUGH AND ORIGINAL

Don't allow people who can't see and appreciate your worth to talk down on you, not even your spouse is allowed to do that. If you are dating a partner who always complains that you are inferior, please walk away. The worst thing that can happen to any individual is getting married to a partner who manages them.

You are not to be managed, you are beautifully and wonderfully made, if they can't see it, then they are not qualified to be in your life. Compromising to please anybody will lead to disappointment.

If a brother tells you that your skin is too dark, don't try to use bleaching cream to please him, tell him to use the door and look for a fair sister. If you start the foundation of your relationship with insecurities, you will suffer emotionally in your marriage.

Many ladies have lost their true self in the process of pleasing a man who does not appreciate their originality. One of the major reasons why you can do anything to please a man who doesn't appreciate you is because you have low self-esteem.

Dear king, stop behaving like a puppet to win a lady who does not value you. There is a difference between when your partner wants to see you grow and become the best version of yourself and when they want you to do everything to please them. Marry the one who loves and honours all that you represent.

If you are battling with low self-esteem, please get knowledge in that area, and spend quality time with the Holy Spirit, He will make you start seeing and appreciating your originality.

When you love yourself, you become bold and nobody will be able to manipulate your emotions. A lady that loves and appreciates herself can never be intimidated.

I'm enough for my king, I don't have to compromise to please a man, the man that God will give to me will help me grow and not pull me down.

Pancakes

INGRIDENTS πŸ‘‡
Flour= 200G
Suger = 50G
Baking powder = 1tbsp
Milk = 2tbsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Butter = 30G
Rawegg= 1
Water = 1cup +3tbsp
Cinnamon = 1/4tsp( opt)

PREPERATION πŸ‘‡
Add all dry ingredients in a dry bowl and mix properly.
Add butter and mix using your palms.
Make a hole in the mixture and pour in egg and water. Mix well till all lumps disapers
Heat up pan to dry and rub some little butter on the pan. Pure in the pancake batter and fry til slightly golden brown.
Take off and serve with any of theseπŸ‘‡
Honey
Tea
Soft drinks
Fruit juice
Fruits
And any other thing of your chose.
NOTE πŸ‘‡ it's best to use a nonstick pan tor crepe maker to make this
It's very important to use a deep spoon or measuring cup to scope the pancakes batter into the pan as this will help with size .

WEEKLY RECIPE IS HERE

Eggrool recipes πŸ‘‡

Flour = 500g
Suger =50g
Milk =1/2 tbsp
Salt = 1/4 Tsp
Nutmeg = 1/2tsp.
Butter/margarine = 50g
EGG = 1whole egg
Water = 1cup +1/8cup
Baking powder = 1tbsp.
Cooked eggs = 9whole eggs

PREPERATIONsπŸ‘‡

In a dry and clean bowl, sieve flour and baking powder. Add every other dry ingredients and mix properly.
Add in butter and mix with your palm using Rub in method.
In a another bowl, combine egg & water together.
Make a hole in the dry Ingridents and pour in the liqui mixture.
Quickly combine with just the tips of your fingers and be very careful not to over mix .
Set aside to rest for 5 mins.
Divide the mixture in to 9 equal parts
Rool in cooked egg and rool in circular motion on a table surface . Repeat this process with the rest of the eggs.
Finally, fry in a preheated oil but on midum heat until golden brown.

Enjoy with chilled juice or any of your choice

WEEKLY RECIPE IS HERE
Atama Abak soup ( recreated recipe)

INGRIDENTS πŸ‘‡
Palm fruit
Atama leaf
Periwinkle
Kpomo
Black fish
Stock fish
Meat( opt)
Cray Fish
Seasoning cubes
Grounded onions
Fresh pepper
Ogiri okpei
Egusi

PREPERATION!
Wash , cook palmnut get the liquid (juice) and set aside
Wash all protein, cook meat if using and set aside
Ground fresh pepper, onions (if using) okpi , crayfish and set aside
Carefully slice Atama leave, wash and set aside

Cooking methodπŸ‘‡
In a cooking pot, pure in the liquid you got from the Palm fruit and allow to boil .( just a little)
Resolve the grounded egusi( melon seed) in a water( this mixture shouldn't be thick or thin but inbetwen with out lumps) and pour into the boiling pot. Give it a generous stair
Add seasoning cube, crayfish, pepper, grounded onions okpei. and cover to cook for just for about 5 sec
Add periwinkle, black fish, kpomo and cook for 10 sec
Pour in meat if using else add in washed Atama leave, stair generously and take of the heat.

WEEKLY RECIPES
PUFF PUFF

INGRIDENTS πŸ‘‡
Flour 500g
Suger 200g
Baking powder 1tsp
Yeast = 2tbsp
Salt =1/4 tsp
Ginger powder = a pinch(opt)
Water = 1cup +1/2cup
Milk powder = 1tbsp( opt) OR
liquid milk = 1/2 cup ( opt)
Chopped onions = 50g(Adjust to taste)
Shopped peper =60g(adjust to taste)
Oil =Enough to fry

PREPERATION πŸ‘‡
In a dry and clean bowl properly mix all dry ingredients together .
Make a hole in the middle of the well mixed dry ingredients and pour water and milk.
Mix with the tips of your finger till all ingredients comes together.
Add in pepper, ginger powder and onions , mix with a wooden spatula .
Cover the puff dough with a cling film or a clean towel( cover tight to generate enough heat) and set aside for about 10 mins or until dough doubles in size.

FRYING METHODπŸ‘‡
In a deep pan or pot , pour in generous amount of oil (sould be almost half size of the pot) and allow to heat up for about 5 sec.
With your hands or puff cuter , cut in puff into the heated oil. Allow to fry a little and turn side to side till golden brown.
Take off the oil and transfer to a cooling shifter.
Serve with any juice of your choice and enjoy !!!!

NoteπŸ‘‡
Use just 1 cup of water if using liquid milk.
Fry on a midum low heat .
Never leave the frying puff unattended to.
Take off the oil once the puff colour turn to golden brown else it will burn.
It's best you measure all your ingredients for a best result.
