Mango ice cream Recipe

Ingredients
1kg ripe mango
2litre water
1condensed milk(390g)
1 evaporated milk(370ml)
1 1/2 cup of sugar(adjust as needed)
1 cup of corn starch
Food color egg Yellow (optional)

Procedure

1) Boil 2litre water

2) chop the mango.put in a blender. Add 1/2can of evaporated milk. Blend until smooth.set aside

3) in a boiling water add condensed milk,half can of evaporated milk and sugar,mix well. Add the blended mango and food color.let it summer in a low eat

4) Dissolved corn starch in 1cup of water make sure there is no lumps. Add to the boiling mixture.mix well. Let it simmer for 5mins

5)Turn off heat and let it cool completely

6)once cool down,put in ice candy plastic bags.use funnel to put the mixture inside the bags. Tie and secure the ending tightly.
Freeze over night.

Recipe Note:
The purpose of corn starch is to make the mixture smooth and creamy ( not ice) when you freeze the ice candy. This will give the texture similar to ice cream.

If you don't have corn starch you can use cassava flour

Make sure to cool the mixture completely before putting in the plastic bag to prevent early spoilage or bursting the plastic
Keep it up frozen.it can last up to 2weeks to 1 month depending on the preparation and storage

If you don't ice candy plastic bags,you can put these in ice cream molders or plastic cups to be frozen@

*IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ICE CANDY IN SMALL QUANTITY.*

- 4 liters of water
- 1 Cup of corn flour
- 250 gram of sugar or as desired
- *Small condensed milk
or
- 1 Tin of full cream evaporated milk ( I suggest Condensed milk)
- Colour of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Nylon

*Please note*

-You can not make multiple colors in one nylon with the recipe provided , you can only make multiple colors in separate nylons with it because its not thick enough (we omitted condensed/powdered milk & a lot of corn flour)

Also Note: Ice candy drink is always best served when it's iced, even if not iced block, it should contain ice cubes at least

-Also, this should always be refrigerated & consumed within 3 days of making (if you wouldn't be using preservatives)

You can tie them in nylons like this if you will be making it on a budget
