I hope the holiday is “HOLIDAYING”?
So the unthinkable happened last week Friday to LTC for the first time that took me off balance 😂(wasn’t funny then though as I’ve read some other bakers experience before now).
We went and misplace a customer’s order🙆🏾‍♂️and then a message came in asking for her delivery time and I went blank “pe” what delivery is that?😳😳to make the matter worse, we don’t have a single cake in the freezer.
How do I tell her there was no cake😩🥺I wanted to start baking instantly. The measuring scale now took that moment to stop working (like how do I even work without measurement) 🤣😂see Gobe. Na so I start to dey cry serious cry 😢 because this person is a lover of the brand and I hate to make people feel they’re being taken for granted (not to first timer or returning customers). We started working with surprise companies after we got our first order from our lovely client because we were able to understand better the delivery time frame needed to ensure they get other things ready alongside cake

It was a 6inches 3layers (vanilla chocolate red velvet cake) and we knew she loved her order when we woke up the next morning to an alert from her ordering for another one 😂(she could do this as she has the price list already).

And we sure love the genuine happiness in the tone of her chat.

We hope that I’m not so distance, you help us to deliver this same result to you and your loved ones.
