Chinchin is one of the best selling oil in Nigeria
Recipe of our commercial crunchy chinchin �
1/2 paint of all-purpose Flour

1 & 1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk

250g Margarine – softened

2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

3 Eggs

2 Teaspoon Salt

1 & 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

2 Sachets of Milk flavor

Story Time !!!
This particular day was my Sister's daughter graduation 🎓 and also my sister's birthday 🎊
The Graduation party was actually a small event,so there wasn't going to be any form of cooking,but the school volunteer to cook for the occasion 😉

We decided to pull up with fish roll and Zobo drinks,this particular day we made more than 50 pieces of fish roll using just Half paint of flour
We fried and also baked using our air fryer 🤩
