If you're ever wondering how I got this pattern....i used a kichen towel and opened up the ply and used the patterned side to create the indent...the cake was freshly covered so i'd advise not to try when its dry cause it would most likely crack.

And I just used a modelling tool with a slim tip to put the gold details...and the gold dust from didn't disappoint.
