A must try

Oil-Based Red Velvet Cake Recipe
Ingredients😍😋😋😋

Dry Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups granulated sugar

WET INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 tablespoon vinegar/lemon juice)
2 tablespoons red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line two cake pans.
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk sugar and oil together. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in buttermilk, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar.
Combine
Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Do not overmix.
Bake
Divide batter into pans and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely before frosting.
