I saw the pictures below on this Blue street yesterday and I remembered that it is usually one thing that stresses me as a baker 😂😂😂

In my head, I always tell myself, "I'll clean up when I wake up," but reality has taught me otherwise. Over time, I’ve discovered what works best for me, and it has made cleaning up after working so much easier.

First, I prepare for two things at all times: baking and cleaning.

What I mean is, I prep my cleaning materials first because I’ve learned that cleaning as I go makes everything smoother and less overwhelming. So, I set my cleaning tools aside, ready to be used, and then dive into the work.

As I mix, measure, and decorate, I make it a habit to wipe, rinse, or put things back in place. It’s like a rhythm: bake, clean, repeat. By the time I’m done with the work, the cleaning process is almost complete too, leaving me stress-free and ready to relax.

This little adjustment has been a game-changer for me as a baker. It keeps my workspace tidy and my mind calm, and trust me, it saves a lot of time too!
