✅️Eggs 5
✅️Plain yoghurt 1½ cup
✅️Bananas (overripe) 10 fingers
✅️Groundnut (roasted) 2 handfuls (optional)
✅️Cashew nuts 1 handful (optional)

2. Mash the 5 large overripe bananas in another bowl and set aside.
3. In another bowl, cream the sugar and butter until it's well combined and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture whisking after each addition.
5. Add half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, fold to combine. Add the mashed bananas, fold to combine again. Then fold in the remaining dry ingredients.
6. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with nuts/seeds if desired. You can also sprinkle some sugar on top (optional).
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean. Allow to cool and enjoy with tea, hot chocolate, soft drink, pap, or any drink of your choice.

Please read to the end

Dear Entrepreneur, this is month end, have you paid yourself?, what are you waiting for?

Do you know that it is when you imbibe the habit and culture of paying yourself that your mind will be automatically conditioned to pay others working under you when you eventually expand your business.

Its not all work at all times, after work you sink the whole profit into another capital for something that came up, no.

Many attimes you see business owners forgetting that their employees are also human, that they have needs. You see them finding it difficult to pay at month end, not that the money is not there to pay but they device one flimsy reason or the other to surcharge their workers or even deny them payment.

Or you see Entrepreneurs delaying payment of salaries till the middle of the next month when staff are already weary. That's not business prowess, I put it to you that, that is wickedness.

If these business owners will tell you the truth, before they got workers, to spend money on themselves was a problem, talk more of now they have workers, thereby finding it difficult to remove money and pay their staff.

It's not good, it's a disease, if you are such Entrepreneur, cease and desist please. Learn to make your staff happy. Before 30th of every month, pay them, include benefits in their package, reward hardwork, create bonuses for excellence and punctuality, work and play with them, go on retreats, go on picnics, take them out during lunch time, sponsor trainings home and abroad. Just make working for you a pleasure not a torture.

God help us as we comply. I see you.

If you have any more advice for Entrepreneurs please i would love to hear from you, drop it in the comment section.

This song has been in my mind since Saturday when I heard hubby singing it, only to arrive church yesterday and first thing I heard was the song❤️❤️. Thanks to husband man for taking time to proofread it. So so touching, listen:

A hurum onye ije
Ike gwuru na uzo ya
Onaeje ije ya, nwe olileanya
M'we juo onye ije
Gini kpaliri mmuo ya?
Ya si mu n'olileanya di ngozi

Na ihu ya
Ka e'doziri
Otutu nsogbu, na echiche
M'we juo onye ije
Gini kpaliri mmuo ya
Ya si mu n'olileanya di ngozi

I saw a traveller
So exhausted from his journey
He was striving with so much hope
So I asked this traveller
What keeps reviving your spirit
He said to me, "Having HOPE is a blessing."

Right there and then
A lot of problems in his life were resolved, a lot of worries were taken care of.
So I asked him again
What keeps reviving your soul
He said to me, "Having HOPE is a blessing."

I have no right to this song please.

If you know where this story is in the Bible (if atall it is) please tell me.

But why are people like this?🤔
