FRIED FISH ROLL RECIPE

500g Flour
75g Magarine
38g Sugar
1tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
15tbsp of Water(To form a dough

SAUCE:
2 pieces Titus Fish
1 big onion
Seasonings of choice
Fresh pepper
Thyme
Curry
Vegetable Oil for frying

*Sieve your flour,add your magazine and other dry ingredients
*Break in your egg and add water
*Mix to form a dough
*Allow to rest for like 15mins,cut using scale to get accurate gram,flatten out and fill in with sauce and wrap

SAUCE:
2 pieces Titus Fish
1 big onion
Seasonings of choice
Fresh pepper
Thyme
Curry
Vegetable Oil for frying
*Debone fish after boiling
*Add your slice onions and seasonings.
*Fry using a small quantity of oil

Deep fry on low heat,then high untill goldness is achieved.
