Sugar is set to increase 48% this year compared to prices last year.
Flour is set to increase 50% in 2023, most of this increase has already happened.
Eggs have increased 30%.
Butter increased 33% last year alone and has already risen again by another 30%.
Milk by 50%.
Chocolate 42%.
Cocoa powder 21%.
Jam 57%.
Double cream 50%.
This doesn’t include other things like boards, boxes, fondant, colours, gels, supports, gas, electric, water etc.
