Thank you Lord for the strength to pull this through..
I had an order to deliver 160plates of small chops for this wedding.
Was supposed to do this ahead of time and freeze it, then bring it out and fry in the morning of the occasion.
But our transformer got bad and no electricity 😭.. I thought of using the cold room but was advised against it..
So I was left with the option of making it same day and frying it that same day..

If you are familiar with chops , you will understand that it's a very tedious work. And time consuming.

But I had to find a way out, in order not to disappoint my client.

I didn't want to deliver late aswell.

So I talked to my students to sleep over at my place, so that we all can do all night together 😄.we got the filling ready on Friday evening, and by 1am we all got to work and rounded up by 9am in the money. My eyes was already feeling like someone threw sand in them😅..

We delivered premium.check out the packaging nah..😋🤩.our client was very satisfied with everything we delivered at the venue,from the wedding cake,to the chops and down to cake cutouts.
After setting this up at the venue,I breathed a sigh of relief.and took a nice and undisturbed siesta.
