โ€ข 1 teaspoon chocolate flavor extract
โ€ข 1 cup water or 1 cup whole milk (not evaporated milk)

Procedure:

1. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda into a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well.

2. In another bowl, mix the water, mayonnaise, and chocolate flavor together using a mixer or hand whisk until well blended.

3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is very smooth.
