Easy way of making your banana ice cream with simple recipes,

2 cups of evaporated milk
1 cup of condense milk
3 piece of banana
2.egg white
2 cap of banana flavor

Procedure
Step 1,slice your banana into piece
Step2, get your blender ready
Step3,in your blender add in your evaporated milk,your condense milk,your egg white,your slice banana and your banana flavor,
Step 4,blend all together for 10 to15mins until it's turn fluffy pour in your container and allow to freeze
Then here goes your banana ice cream ready to lick
Very easy to make at home for your children,,

Homemade pies

Puff pastry
290 butter
1 tsp salt
125 ml ice cold water.
2 eggs
3 cups flour cake or all purpose.
Method
1 mix dry ingredients add butter mix but leave big lumps of butter the water mix until dough formed

2 Then roll on surface into disk put it on the plastic wrap rest it for 1 hr in the fridge.
3 Take it out floured your surface roll 3 times folding it because we're a starting to form the layers rest it for 30 mins cut into desired shapes s use your own filing then egg wash to bake for 30 to 45 mins

Matilda Pancakes

Step 1
In a bowl mix together
1 & half cups flour
1 & half teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Step 2
In a separate bowl mix together
1 & 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter

Step 3
Mix wet into dry ingredients and whisk until smooth

Step 4
Add pancake 1/3 cup at a time into a heated pan

Step 5
Once it starts bubbling flip it over and allow to cook on the other side

Serve with your favourite topping
Maple syrup
Honey
Nutella
Fresh Fruit
Whipped Cream
To make it savoury omit the sugar from the batter

Ingredients

2½ cups of plain flour
3 medium eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup (250 ml) of water/ milk
¼ teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup sugar ( to taste)
Ground Chilli Pepper (to taste)
Vegetable oil for frying

Before you fry the pancake
Put the margarine is a small bowl and melt in the microwave. You can also place the bowl in a bigger bowl of hot water to melt the margarine.

Break the eggs and separates the yolk from white egg.
Add the yolk into the oil, sugar and beat till smooth.

Add half flour, salt pepper, baking powder and mix well till there are minimal lumps.

Add the remaining half flour, stir well.

Note if the batter is too thick you can add more milk or water 1/2 to 1 cup.

Blend the mix using a liquid blender. This will give the pancake batter the smoothest consistency. If you don't want to blend it, no problem, just mix the ingredients very well so that the lumps are minimal.

Note: You can also add onions to the pancake but make sure that your blender can liquefy the onions. If not, the pieces of onions will not let you achieve very thin pancakes.
Directions

Set a frying pan over medium heat. Add a few drops of vegetable oil. Just enough to lubricate the frying pan.

When hot, pour some pancake batter into the frying pan. Tilt the pan so that the batter coats the surface of the pan. (This should be a very thin coat)

Fry the underside of the pancake for approximately 1 minute, shaking the pan from time to time till the pancake comes loose. You can also loosen it with the spatula. Check the underside to be sure it has browned to your liking, preferably light brown.
Flip the pancake so you can fry the top side as well.
The pancake is done when both sides are light brown.
For breakfast, serve with Custard, Akamu (Ogi) or Oat Meal. If you just want to snack on the pancake, make sure you have a drink chilling in the freezer before you even start mixing the batter.

moist microwave

In a bowl add 1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 and a half teaspoon backing powder
Pinch salt
5 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3 heaped tablespoons Milo
1 cup hot water add 1 heaped tablespoon
Instant coffee
Beat everything together with electric mixer for a minute
Pour in buttered 2 liter ice cream tub
Bake for 8 minutes
Leave in microwave for few minutes
Take out of tub and let it cool off.

For the Milo Ganache

In a pot add half a cup sugar
2 heaped tablespoons corn flour
3 tablespoons Milo
Mix together
Add 1 cup milk and put on medium heat on stove
Mix well stirring till it becomes a thick paste
When it bubbles remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and a tablespoon butter.
Mix thoroughly.
Cut cake in half
Spread half of Milo ganache over the half and the other half on top.

Some microwaves might take 7 minutes

1 cup and a half of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup room temperature unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup orange juice that was just squeezed

1 tablespoon of orange peel that was just grated

1/2 cup buttermilk

INSTRUCTIONS
Set your oven to 350°F (180°C) and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin.



Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.



Mix the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.



Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.



Add the dry ingredients gradually, alternating with the orange juice and the buttermilk.



Mix in the orange zest that was grated.



Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with the batter, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.



Let the cupcakes cool for 5 minutes in the pan before taking them out and putting them on a wire rack to cool completely.

NOTES
DECORATING YOUR ORANGE CUPCAKES


Once your cupcakes have cooled, it’s time to get creative with the toppings. Here are some suggestions to help you get started:



Mix 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, 4 cups of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice, and 1 teaspoon of orange zest together until smooth. With a large star tip, pipe the frosting on the cupcakes.



Orange glaze: Heat 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Brush the glaze on top of the cupcakes after they have cooled.



For candied oranges, cut fresh oranges into thin rounds and sprinkle them with sugar. Put the slices under the broiler for two to three minutes, or until the sugar turns brown. The candied orange slices go on top of the cupcakes.
