What is a Thursday without a stew that commands respect? 🍛✨
I almost hid this video because of the oil, but since when do we apologize for richness? If the stew isn’t glistening, is it even real Brown Stew?
No "oversabi" here—just "sweet hand," deep flavor, and the consistency to keep the pots moving. This is the kind of meal that makes you sit down properly. No rush, just vibes.
Drop a “🥘” if you can smell the flavor from there!

Monday Mid-day Check-in! 💧✨

Sometimes the start of the week feels like a rush, but remember: there is patience in the process. Just like filling this glass, we take it one drop at a time until it’s full.

I’m learning to embrace the quiet moments in the kitchen again. Every small step I take today is building the foundation for the big dreams I’ve shared with you all. No rush, just steady growth. 🤍🌱

How are you feeling today, my Softies? Are we winning the day or just taking it one glass of water at a time? Let’s gist in the comments! 👇✨

07/03/2026

Hello softies, 🤍
First, thank you for all the comforting words over the last few months—it truly means a lot. Like I said, we are taking it a day at a time. 🕊️
Stepping back into the kitchen today felt like a warm hug. While things change, the joy of creating and feeding you all remains my constant. I’ve missed this energy, the steam, and the stories we share. 🥣✨
Ginny Cooks is officially back in the lab, and I can’t wait to show you what 2026 has in store. Let’s get back to what we do best! 👩‍🍳🔥
I’ve missed you guys! What are you pairing your Saturday Moi Moi with today? 👇

A little bit of this, a little bit of that. 🍰✨
From the rich flavors of our favorite Nigerian delicacies to the precision of modern pastry design, my kitchen has been a whirlwind of creativity lately. 2026 is all about the art of the bake, and I’m documenting every step of the journey for you!
If you could only have one of these delivered to your door right now, which one are you choosing? Let me know in the comments! 👇

03/01/2026

2025 was the year of the “hustle” so 2026 can be the year of the “harvest.” 🌾✨
Looking back at this past year, my heart is so full. I spent 2025 perfecting the recipes for my upcoming cookbook, drafting proposals, and laying the foundational bricks for my very own cake and pastry shop. It wasn’t always easy—there were late nights in the kitchen, flour-dusted counters, and endless taste tests—but every moment brought me closer to this dream. 👩‍🍳🎂
To everyone who supported my journey, ordered a cake, or cheered me on as I documented my favorite Nigerian delicacies: Thank you. Your belief in me is what kept the oven preheated even on the tough days.
I’m entering 2026 with a grateful heart, big plans, and a very busy kitchen! Get ready, because the cookbook and the shop are finally coming to life. Let’s make this year the most delicious one yet! 🥂🧁🇳🇬
