From the wraps… to the wrapping… every single student made theirs by themselves 👏👏
We even started by practising with paper first ✂️😄 so when it was time for the real deal, it no longer looked difficult 💃💃
Seeing everyone finally get it right gave me pure happiness 😭❤️
No hiding secrets here, we learn step by step till perfection!

Be careful who you depend on completely. The moment someone knows you can’t do without them, they may start controlling your voice, your freedom, and your peace.
Learn to build yourself.
Learn to stand on your own.
Appreciate help, but never lose yourself because of it.
A hungry stomach can make people tolerate disrespect, manipulation, and pain. That’s why independence is important — financially, emotionally, and mentally. 💯

But honestly, 80% of Akwa Ibom men and malice na like 5 & 6 🤣
One small misunderstanding today, next thing person will act like you no exist for the next 7 business years 😭
No calls, no reply, no eye contact… even if una jam for market, na only generator sound go full the environment 😂

As women, we think because we are always on our feet 24/7, doing house chores, business, taking care of children, moving up and down… that it’s enough exercise 😩
But the truth is, your body has already adapted to your daily routine. Being busy is not the same as intentionally exercising.
That’s why you still hear:
High blood pressure, low blood pressure, body pain, fatigue, stress, and weakness even when you’re “always active.”
Your body needs intentional movement 🏃‍♀️
Walks, stretches, skipping, jogging, dancing, gym, even 30 minutes daily can make a huge difference.
Take care of yourself too mama ❤️
You cannot pour from an empty cup.
