Hello everyone, we will share the last tip for today.
THE ICING IS FULL OF CRUMBS
Crumbs are inevitable if you build a layer cake and have to split the layers.
SOLUTIONS
Do a crumb coat when frosting your cake whether you are making the simplest of cakes or not. Put a thing layer of ICING on the cake for a start, this will glue down the Crumbs. Chill the cake until the crumb coat is firm, then continue ICING your cake. There shouldn't be a crumb in sight.

Hello everyone, we are taking another tip.
5.THE CAKE BROKE WHEN TURNED OUT OF THE PAN
A cake has gone through a lot in 30mins not to mention turning from liquid to solid!
SOLUTIONS
cakes should rest in their pans on a rack for 15mins after coming out of the oven. Allow the cake to cool for a while before turning unto a cooling rack.
