It helps sleeves keep their shape and prevents pulling or stretching at the cuffs.
3. Use gentle wash cycles
Long sleeves (especially cotton, linen, or office shirts) do best on a gentle or normal cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
4. Watch the cuffs and collars
Pre-treat cuffs and collars with a mild detergent or stain remover—they collect the most dirt and sweat.
5. Don’t overload the machine
Too many clothes cause sleeves to twist and stretch. Give them room to move.
