This Merdeka, we’re giving our daily matcha ritual a little rasa Malaysia 🇲🇾 pandan kaya 🌱 and coconut 🥥, all in one creamy cup ☁️

Salted Pandan Kaya Cloud Matcha

Matcha 🍵
• 5g Yun Matcha
• 45g warm water
• 120g fresh milk
• Ice

Pandan Kaya Cold Foam ☁️
• 15g pandan kaya jam
• 20g coconut mylk
• 15g whipping cream
• A pinch of salt

Whisk your matcha, pour over chilled milk and ice, then finish with a fluffy pandan kaya cloud.
