Buying Guide (Kindly read before you order)
Reservation:
All the cakes are on pre-order basis, cakes are freshly baked to order, we do not have ready stock. Kindly order 3-5days in advance to avoid disappointment. For theme / designer cake, advisable to order at least 1 week in advance。
我们的蛋糕都需要预定，没有现货， 所有的蛋糕都是新鲜制作。
3-5天前预定，主题蛋糕或定制蛋糕建议1-2个星期前预定。
Payment:
Booking are subject to availability (FIRST PAY FIRST RESERVED BASIS). The order will ONLY confirm after FULL PAYMENT. We reserved the right to reject order, if payment made when the slots are full. Amendment / Change of date / Cancellation / Refund is NOT ALLOWED after confirmation.
蛋糕确定后全数付款，日子才会预定给顾客。
如果您确定了却没付款，日子将会优先给其他已付款的顾客。
我们不接受顾客随意更改日期， 或要求取消/退还款项。
建议顾客先和我们沟通日期，如顾客先付款而日子已经满单，我们有权取消订单。
Delivery:
Available in Klang Valley only. Self collect at Lake Field Sg. Besi （10am-6pm）
Delivery by 3rd party and will be charged by distance.
我们暂时只供应蛋糕给巴生区的顾客朋友。
可以在LakeField自取 （10am-6pm）.
我们也提供运输服务，运输费都是根据Grab的价格，我们没有另加收费。
一旦确定Grab rate顾客付款后，即使当天遇上塞车下雨我们也没再额外收费哦。
运输都是由私人司机载送，确保蛋糕安全送到大家手上。
Cake care:
Cream cake: store in chiller
Bombshell: store in chiller or under air-conditioning area
Fondant cake: place in room temperature or under air-conditioning area.
大家收到蛋糕后建议存放在冰箱下格 （chiller），或置放在冷气吹风口。
翻糖蛋糕置放在冷气吹风口或阴凉的地方，不需存放在冰箱。
