A few days ago I was lost for ideas on what to have for dinner. Then suddenly Tuanku Permaisuri's recipe for Gulai Tempoyak popped up in my news feed.

It was my first time making it & alhamdulillah to my surprise it turned out good. A pat to myself on the back 😁

Instead of ikan patin, I used siakap. It was delicious 🤤

Bila assistants dah balik asrama masing-masing, maka mak perlu ambik mood yang mendalam untuk siapkan stok fruitcake yang dah hampir 2 minggu ketandusan.
