Good morning everyone!
As you all know, we only use ✨Premium Ingredients✨ to produce our cookies.
One of the main ingredients is butter 🧈 we don’t use normal kind of butter but we use ‘Pure Butter’ 😍
You guys must be wondering what is the difference between Pure Butter and Margarine? 🤔 Let us explain it to you!

Pure Butter 🧈
✔️ Made from animal fat and it contains more saturated fat which is usually 80% compared to margarine.
✔️ The aroma will be more strong in baked goods.
✔️ Much more firmer than margarine in room temperature.
✔️ It has more delicious taste.

Margarine 🧈
✔️ Made from vegetable oils and it contains unsaturated fats.
✔️Margarine contains more water.
✔️ It may cause thin cookies to spread out while baking if margarine is used and it worst scenario, the cookies might be less crisp.
✔️ Has less more flavour compared to butter.
